The 7th Annual Pharma Manufacturing & Automation Convention 2025, co-located with the Pharma Manufacturing & Automation Excellence Awards, concluded on October 8th – 9th at Novotel HICC, Hyderabad, with resounding success. Over two days, the convention brought together the industry’s most influential leaders, innovators, and change-makers to deliberate on the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing in a digital, automated, and globally connected era.

Themed “Lean, Clean, Digitally Mean”, the conference addressed the most pressing challenges and opportunities for the sector, from AI adoption and lab automation to smart factories, sustainability, compliance, and workforce upskilling. With keynote addresses, panel discussions, and case studies, participants explored how pharma companies can scale efficiency without compromising on quality in a regulated environment.

Adding to the momentum, a series of LinkedIn Live sessions before the event created a vibrant pre-event dialogue. These digital conversations engaged a wider audience, setting the stage for deeper, more interactive discussions at the convention itself.

The highlight of the convention was the Pharma Manufacturing & Automation Excellence Awards 2025, which recognized 25 outstanding individuals and organizations for their pioneering contributions. From “Smart Factory of the Year” and “Sustainable Manufacturing Excellence” to “Excellence in Strategic Automation” and “Company of the Year,” the organizational awards celebrated operational mastery, innovation, and transformation. Individual categories like “Excellence in Future Ready Leadership,” “Automation Champion of the Year,” and “Icon of Pharma Manufacturing” honoured professionals who have set benchmarks for vision, resilience, and industry impact. Prestigious jury’s selection awards such as “Pharma Manufacturing Leader” and “Life’s Achievement Award” acknowledged legendary figures whose contributions continue to inspire the industry.

The presence of distinguished leaders, including CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, operations heads, and manufacturing experts, enriched the discussions with real-world insights. With powerful narratives of digital transformation, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and leadership, the event underscored that the pharmaceutical sector is not just adapting to change — it is leading it.

As PM&AC 2025 concluded, the key takeaway was clear: the future of pharma lies in harmonizing technology, compliance, and human capability. By embedding innovation, sustainability, and leadership excellence, the industry is well poised to deliver safer, faster, and more reliable healthcare to the world.

The Eminence Group extends heartfelt thanks to all participants, speakers, jury members, and partners who made PM&AC 2025 a truly transformative platform.
